How to request

Supply the following operating conditions so that the matching document revision and model can be identified:

1. Target temperature and allowable fluctuation band
2. Heat load — give the steady-state load and the pull-down load separately
3. Secondary refrigerant type, flow rate and inlet / outlet temperatures
4. Ambient temperature range and cooling method (air-cooled / water-cooled)
5. Running hours (intermittent / continuous) and installation constraints (indoor / outdoor, ventilation, noise limit)

Tip: documents are governed by the version number and revision record stated inside the file. Once a revision is superseded, earlier versions are no longer issued.
